Welcome to DMD Signage. By accessing our website or booking our fabrication and installation services, you agree to comply with the following terms:

1. Project Site Visits & Dimensions

While initial site surveys are provided free of charge across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, and Thane, clients must ensure our measurement crews have proper access to the facade wall, scaffolding safety, and power connections. Once dimensions are signed off on CAD layouts, any changes will incur modifications fees.

2. Payments & Material Ownership

Standard orders require a 50% advance deposit to initiate vector CAD designs and start factory fabrication. The remaining 50% balance is payable immediately upon structural site installation and electrical handover. All fabricated materials remain the property of DMD Signage until fully paid.

3. Local Permissions & Licensing

DMD Signage fabricates all sign boards in line with standard structural security codes and sizing requests. However, obtaining necessary commercial permissions, municipal board licenses (such as BMC, NMMC, or TMC), and society NOC approvals remains the sole responsibility of the business owner.

4. Warranty & Liability

We provide a 1-year warranty on LED modules and power adaptors. This warranty does not cover damage caused by external accidents, voltage fluctuations, unauthorized electrical modifications, or civil works conducted by third parties on the mounting wall.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising out of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
